YW-150 Differential Pressure Transmitter With 316L All Stainless Steel Metal Isolation Diaphragm
The YW-150 differential pressure transmitter uses a silicon piezoresistive core as the signal measuring element. The measured differential pressure is applied to both ends of the transmitter, and the piezoresistive effect of semiconductor silicon material is utilized to achieve the conversion between differential pressure and electrical signals. The product has undergone strict testing and aging screening of components, semi-finished products, and finished products, and its performance is stable and reliable.
Working Principle
The differential pressure transmitter captures the differential pressure of the measured medium through double-sided pressure pipes. The differential pressure acts on the isolation diaphragms on both sides of the sensor and is transmitted to the measuring element through the sealing liquid. The measuring element converts the differential pressure signal into an electrical signal, which is amplified by a converter and outputs a standard 4-20mA DC signal to achieve accurate measurement of parameters such as pressure, liquid level, and flow rate.
